Noviera is an information and educational platform providing fundamental equity research outputs for self-directed investors and students of finance. Noviera is not a regulated financial adviser, broker-dealer, or investment firm. Noviera does not act as a fiduciary, investment adviser, or broker, and does not provide personalised investment or financial advice. Noviera is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer in any jurisdiction. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice.
The analysis, figures, scenario projections, charts, and other materials Noviera produces (collectively, “Learning Outputs”) are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Learning Outputs are, and must be construed solely as, statements of opinion offered for educational purposes and not statements of fact. They are not investment, financial, legal, tax, or other advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any strategy.

Certain Learning Outputs may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence in connection with research drafting and internal processes.
Learning Outputs may not be reproduced, retransmitted, or distributed in any form without Noviera's prior written consent. Learning Outputs are not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where their provision would be contrary to local law, and you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. If you are subscribing to a paid plan, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. Noviera reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be shared, abused, or used in breach of these terms.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
Noviera offers paid subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate.
All fees are stated inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at the point of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
Subscription pricing may be updated from time to time. You will be notified in advance of any change to your subscription rate, and the new rate will take effect at your next renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
These terms reflect our cancellation policy in full. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept them.
Except as required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, all payments are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us and we will review your case.
You agree not to use the platform in any way that:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any user found to be in breach of these provisions, without prior notice and without refund.
All content published on Noviera, including research outputs, signal frameworks, written analysis, and platform design, is the property of Noviera or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use platform content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Noviera and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, “Noviera Representatives”) shall not be liable (i) for any inaccuracy, delay, loss of data, interruption in service, error, or omission, or for any damages resulting therefrom, or (ii) for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, compensatory, or consequential damages arising from any use of the platform or Learning Outputs or from any error in obtaining, compiling, analysing, or publishing them, including but not limited to any investment losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
To the extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Noviera and the Noviera Representatives for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the greater of (A) the total amount you paid Noviera for services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, and (B) U.S. $100.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noviera disclaims any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, or non-infringement of any information on the platform. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You may access websites operated by parties other than Noviera through links provided for convenience only. Noviera does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the content or operation of any third-party website and shall have no liability for your use of such websites.
Learning Outputs are based in part on information obtained from third-party data providers Noviera believes to be reliable. Noviera does not audit this information and cannot independently verify it in every instance. Noviera assumes no obligation to update Learning Outputs following their publication.
Noviera reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment.
You may also delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant territory.
